1. Does it solve a problem that everyone else chalks up as an industry standard?
2. Does it make things easier for your customer…not just you?
3. Do you passionately believe in it – that deep down “pit of your stomach” passion?

If you can’t answer yes to all three, forget it and just jump on someone else’s bandwagon.

If you can answer yes to all three, build it and others will quickly jump on your wagon.
