This graphic is stuck to the wall at the Detroit interior design studio D Pop.  They claim…

“We design inspiring workplaces

for culture driven companies.”

So, if your workplace feels more pleasing to your employee, he/she will be more satisfied with where he/she works?  If you care about the culture of your company then your office space should tell that story?

I couldn’t agree more.

Does your space reflect your brand and culture? It matters to your employees.

They might actually stay longer and endure the tough times arm in arm with you because of how they feel when they are at work.  Paint, put your logo on the wall and make it the experience you want others to have when they are in your space.  It is well worth the investment.  Or you can have unsatisfied employees.

You choose.
